How to Clear Your Cache

Cache are temporary files that are stored on your computer that help webpages load faster. If you're seeing odd website behavior, it's likely that it's due to old or incorrect files being stored in your cache folder.
Here's how to easily clear your cache in popular browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer. Click Refresh after you're done.

• Chrome:

  1. Select Chrome - Clear Browsing Data...
  2. Select "the Beginning of Time" in the drop-down
  3. Check "Cached Images and Files"
  4. Click Clear Browsing Data


• Firefox:

  1. Select History - Clear Recent History...
  2. Select Everything
  3. Check Cache
  4. Uncheck ALL OTHER VALUES (Browsing & Download History, Active Logins, etc.)
  5. Click Clear Now


• Safari:

  1. Select History - Clear History...
  2. Click Clear


• Internet Explorer:

  1. Click on the gear wheel in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Safety in the menu
  3. Click on Delete browsing history in the submenu
  4. Select Temporary Internet files and website files from the list
  5. Click on Delete
